This platform is an online service providing medicine purchase, health consultation, and related information services. You can search for and purchase medicines and obtain medication advice through the platform.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity.
• If you use the service on behalf of an enterprise or institution, you must ensure that you have the necessary authorization.

3. User Obligations

• You promise that the information you submit is true, accurate, and complete, and you shall update it timely if there are any changes.
• You shall not publish illegal, false, or misleading content.
• You shall not use this platform for illegal buying, reselling medicines, posting fake prescriptions, or other unlawful activities.
• You must properly safeguard your account and password. Any activity arising from your account shall be deemed to be conducted by you.

4. Orders and Delivery

When placing an order, users must ensure that prescriptions and delivery information are true and valid. The platform reserves the right to cancel orders due to policies, stock availability, or other factors. Special medicines (such as prescription drugs) require a legal prescription or verification through the platform’s authentication process.

5. Intellectual Property Statement

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, interface design, and program code, is protected by copyright law and related intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

• The medication advice provided by the platform is for reference only and does not replace a doctor's face-to-face diagnosis. Users should combine it with professional medical advice.
• Risks arising from user negligence or false information shall be borne by the user.
• The platform is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or network outages.

7. User Privacy Protection

We strictly protect users’ personal privacy, please refer to the "Privacy Policy" page for details. Without authorization, we will not use users’ personal information for third-party commercial purposes.

8. Changes and Termination of Agreement

• If a user violates the terms of this agreement, the platform has the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where the platform is registered.
